General

Who is this for—and who isn’t it for?

Personal & private chefs who want steady demand, premium pricing, and calm operations. If you’re looking for generic business advice or don’t plan to implement, this isn’t for you.

I’m just getting started. Should I wait?

No—starting now avoids months of undercharging and chaos. We set up services, pricing, policies, intake, Google Business Profile, review flow, and simple SOPs so you start clean.

Do I need a commercial kitchen or special licenses?

Most personal chef work (in the client’s home) doesn’t require a commercial kitchen. Meal-prep/deliveries from your kitchen may trigger local rules. We’ll show you how to check and stay compliant—follow your local regulations.

How quickly will I see results?

Early wins in 2–4 weeks: pricing clarity, pro intake, cleaned-up GBP + review plan, time saved via templates/SOPs. Bigger gains (steady pipeline, higher average ticket) compound over 6–12 weeks with consistent action.

Do you work with chefs in both Canada and the US?

Yes. We coach chefs across Canada and the US. We include Canada-specific notes (HST/GST, insurance sources, GBP nuances) where relevant.

Which option should I pick—1-on-1, Bootcamp, or Mastermind?

Need immediate clarity on one problem? 1-on-1.
Want the whole system (clients, pricing, ops)? Bootcamp.
Want ongoing accountability + a chef community? Mastermind.

1-on-1 Coaching

Do I have to commit to a package?

No. Book a single session if that’s all you need. Packages just give you a better rate for ongoing support.

What happens in the free consultation?

30-minute call to unpack your biggest challenge, explore options, and confirm fit. It’s a real coaching session, not a sales pitch.

What if I don’t see value in the session?

Satisfied-or-it’s-free: if you don’t leave the session satisfied, you’ll get a full refund.

How are sessions facilitated?

Live on Google Meet. Replays available on request.

90-Day Bootcamp

How much time should I plan for?

About 2–3 hours/week (lesson + implementation). You’ll often save time immediately by using the templates.

Do I need to be a private chef already?

No. New or established—it meets you where you are. New chefs avoid beginner mistakes; established chefs fix pricing, demand, and ops.

Will I get recordings and templates?

Yes—recordings (when applicable) and lifetime access to templates, recipes, SOPs, calculators, and event sheets for your business use.

What if I can’t make a live session?

All sessions are recorded and posted within 24 hours.

Guarantee?

Try the first month. If you’re not happy, get a 100% refund—no questions asked.

Mastermind

Why only 12 members?

Small groups create real accountability and allow deep, focused coaching.

How often do we meet and for how long?

Every two weeks for 90 minutes on Zoom. Sessions are recorded.

What happens after I apply?

If you’re a fit and a seat is open, you’re invited in; otherwise you’ll be waitlisted and notified within 14 days.

What if it’s not right for me?

30-day test period. If it’s not valuable, you’ll get a full refund. Note: to keep the group stable, once you leave, your seat goes to the waitlist.

Payments & Policies

How are payments handled?

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Bootcamp offers pay-in-full or a fixed 3-month plan. Mastermind is a subscription (monthly or annual). Receipts are automatic; taxes added where applicable.

Do you cover pricing and client scripts?

Yes. You’ll get a pricing calculator, rate/quote examples, a policy pack (cancellations, changes, allergies), and boundary scripts for scope creep and late changes.

What tools/software do I need?

Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive), a booking/payment flow (Calendly + Stripe works), and basic Zapier. No custom code; we give exact recipes.

What’s the time commitment?
  • Bootcamp (90 days): ~3–5 hrs/week (lesson + implementation).
  • 1-on-1: book as needed (60 min each).
  • Mastermind: 90-min biweekly calls + light actions between.
What if I try it and it’s not for me?
  • Bootcamp: 30-day full refund if you’re not satisfied.
  • 1-on-1: Satisfied-or-it’s-free (full refund if not satisfied).
  • Mastermind: 30-day refund window; leaving later transfers your seat to the waitlist.
