1) Scope of Services

Westhaver Coaching provides business coaching, consulting, and group training exclusively for private and personal chefs.

• Delivery method: Sessions are held via video call only. Follow-ups (summaries, links, resources) are provided by email. No in-person sessions are offered.
• Session completion: A session is considered complete at the end of the scheduled video call.

2) Payment Terms

• All sessions and programs must be paid in full prior to delivery.
• Accepted payment methods are those listed at checkout/booking.
• Services are not provided until payment clears.

3) Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1 Satisfaction Guarantee — 1:1 Coaching. If you’re not satisfied with an individual coaching session, you may request a full refund by emailing us within 24 hours of the session’s completion (i.e., when the call ends).

3.2 Bootcamp & Group Coaching Programs.

• 30-Day Window: You may request a full refund within the first 30 days of the 90-day Bootcamp (or any multi-week group coaching program).
• After Day 30: No refunds will be issued.

3.3 Prepaid Packages (1:1).

• Unused future sessions are fully refundable upon cancellation.
• Completed sessions are refundable only if the request is made within 24 hours of completion.

3.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling (All 1:1 sessions).

• Provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4) Confidentiality

All information you share during coaching is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except as required by law.

5) Intellectual Property

• All templates, frameworks, systems, tools, processes, and materials are the exclusive property of Westhaver Coaching.
• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them internally within your chef business.
• You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, sublicense, or publicly present these materials (or derivatives) without prior written consent.
• Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.

6) Client Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

• Coaching supports your decision-making, but all business, financial, operational, and personal decisions are your responsibility.
• Westhaver Coaching does not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice and makes no guarantees of revenue, results, or outcomes.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Westhaver Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the services, materials, or recommendations.

Results & Testimonials Disclaimer: Any examples, case studies, or testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Your outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, your implementation, and your decisions.

7) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any dispute will be brought in the provincial courts of Nova Scotia, unless both parties agree to an alternative forum within Nova Scotia.

8) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will appear on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9) Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Westhaver Coaching regarding the services.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No Waiver: A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign to a successor in interest.
